Nashville songwriter, recording artist & filmmaker
Ariel Jade is a Nashville songwriter, recording artist, filmmaker, and owner of the independent Studio X Nash in RCA Victor Studios working at the crossroads of film and music. A multi-instrumentalist who has been writing songs since seven and playing paid stages since nine, she performs solo acoustic or with her full band Smashgrass, an Americana “rockgrass” blend of Mississippi blues, bluegrass, and classic country. She has played events at Bridgestone Arena, City Winery, the Bluebird Cafe, The 5 Spot, and curates multi-genre artist showcases across Nashville such as Writers in The Alley at the Countrypolitan. Her 2024 debut Honky Tonic drew Billboard Music World acclaim. True to being Mississippi-raised, Ariel Jade released ‘Roots: The Americana Album’ in 2026 on her own independent label, Eclectric Records.
